Lewy’s Mobile Detailing is committed to providing a top-tier mobile auto detailing experience. We thank you for considering our services and want to be transparent about our policies, expectations, and terms of service.
Please review the following carefully. By scheduling any service with Lewy’s Mobile Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms outlined below.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit is deducted from your total service cost.

If you need to reschedule, the deposit will transfer to the new appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a $25 cancellation fee, if the deposit hasn't already been collected.

We reserve the right to charge this fee or request full pre-payment for clients with repeated cancellations or no-shows.
Vehicle Preparation & Terms

Please remove all personal items from your vehicle before our arrival. We will not move or clean around personal belongings for liability reasons.

Excessive trash or debris may result in a $50 Trash Removal Fee, at our discretion.

Areas such as glove compartments and center consoles will not be cleaned unless cleared by the customer beforehand.

Car seats/boosters must be removed prior to service. For safety reasons, we will not uninstall or reinstall them.

Vehicles will be assessed upon arrival. Additional charges may apply based on pet hair, excessive stains, odors, mold, or other unexpected conditions.

Removal of pet hair, sand, stains, or odors is not guaranteed but will be attempted using professional equipment.

We are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage

Worn interior surfaces or fading

Stained or delicate headliners
-
Baked-on brake dust or chemical etching from environmental damage (e.g., sap, bugs, bird droppings)

Window film or streaking may occur due to temperature or product use. A microfiber wipe-down post-service is recommended.
On-Site Service Terms

Payment is due in full at the time of service unless prior arrangements are made.

We reserve the right to:

Reschedule due to weather, illness, or equipment failure

Refuse service if the customer fails to disclose hazardous conditions (e.g., mold, waste, biohazards)

Customers are expected to communicate the vehicle’s condition accurately in advance.

Please maintain a safe distance (10–15 feet) from our work area during service to avoid tripping or injury.
Photo / Video Use
By booking a service, you grant Lewy’s Mobile Detailing permission to use photos and videos of your vehicle before, during, and after service for marketing purposes.

We will not post identifiable information such as license plates or addresses without consent.

If you do not consent, please let us know in writing or complete this opt-out form:
Photo/Video Opt-Out Form
I, ________________________, do not authorize Lewy’s Mobile Detailing to use photos or videos of my vehicle for marketing. I acknowledge these materials may still be used internally for training purposes.

Service Guarantee
If there is a clear oversight or issue with the quality of the work:

We will redo or refund the unsatisfactory portion of the service at our discretion.

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of completion via info@lewysdetail.com with photos.

Refusal to allow a redo limits any refund to 20% of the service value.

Services outside of your original order or not approved by Lewy’s are not covered under this guarantee.
Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon completion of service.

Failure to pay invalidates any service guarantee or redo eligibility.

Estimates are valid for 30 days and may be revised based on actual vehicle condition.

Unpaid invoices are subject to late fees and collection costs, including legal or court-related fees, with interest at 18% annually.
Legal Disclaimer

Lewy’s Mobile Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles or contents due to fire, theft, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

We are not liable for consequential damages related to detailing services or products.

By accepting service, the client agrees that the job has been completed satisfactorily.
Vehicle Inspection & Limitations

A visual pre-inspection will be performed before work begins.
-
Pre-existing damage will be noted, and clients must clearly communicate expectations.

We reserve the right to refuse service if vehicle condition poses safety, ethical, or time concerns.
Corrections & Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review them regularly on our website.
